During your conversations on the phone lines, it’s important to follow the guidelines that phone chat companies impose to ensure the safest and most enjoyable phone conversations. Users who don’t comply are subject to moderation and potential termination of their phone chat account.

Phone lines operate at all times, with moderators constantly reviewing flagged accounts. So use the phone lines to have fun and meet amazing people, but don’t exceed the boundaries of the guidelines.

For the safety of the phone chat community, some of the guidelines mentioned below are obligatory. Non-complying users might get restricted access to the phone chat line.

1. Don’t Impose Unfriendly Topics.

The majority of callers are simply looking for casual conversations. If your phone partner mentions that they’re not interested in engaging in a specific type of conversation, like vulgar talking or phone sex, don’t impose it.

2. Be Friendly.

Be as friendly as possible. Don’t interrupt your phone partner while talking; be mindful that they also want to be heard. If you’re being mean to callers for no reason, and your sole purpose is to annoy other callers, you’ll most likely get reported, and your phone chat account might be restricted from access.

3. Don’t Overreport.

Moderators take their time to review an account if a user gets flagged multiple times. Callers that constantly report other callers without a substantial reason might get flagged by the phone line system. Only report callers if the person you’ve engaged with has surpassed the boundaries or has not followed the guidelines mentioned on this page.

4. Don’t Ask for Sensitive Information.

We encourage users not to share personal information with any caller at any given time to maintain full anonymity. We understand that you might build solid friendships and relationships within the phone chat lines, so after three continuous phone conversations with another caller, you’re allowed to share information at your own discretion. On your initial conversations with other callers, you’re not allowed to share personal information, and the phone line system reserves the right to block your account.

5. Don’t Share Financial Information.

Sharing or requesting any financial information on the phone lines is completely prohibited. Users sharing or requesting any financial information over the phone are subject to immediate termination of their phone chat line account.

6. Don’t Promote Other Social Platforms.

We’ve noticed an increasing number of users trying to get callers to follow their Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook accounts. The phone chat company will terminate your account if you use phone chat lines to increase your following base on other social media platforms. This is strictly prohibited.
