via The Shenandoah News Leader Despite two bookstores leaving the Staunton area, Ron Ramsey felt the timing was right for opening his new bookstore at the corner of West Beverley Street and North Central Avenue. "It largely came from watching the other bookstores close," he says. "I grew up going to The Bookstack and with Books-A-Million leaving, I just thought we need to have a bookstore downtown."
